Especially before the beginning of each semester the room service of the Studentenwerk is running in high gear, for not every new student has the good fortune to find a place in a domritory right away. First place to look is then the free market. Here too there are cost-effective rooms and apartments and many lessors turn to the Studentenwerk to advertise their rooms. Who else has as big as a selection as we do?

Cards (in the waiting room of the Infoladen- Schreiberstr. 12 – 16)
The cards we put out are for rooms which have been submitted to us and have not yet been taken (in Freiburg and the surroundings). All the important information is on the cards. You select the offers which interest you (which means that to actually get a private room you must come in person).

For each address we give you we request a 10 Euro deposit. If you let us know within three days whether you have been rented a room or not, you receive 8, 50 Euros back from us. If you are rented a room, we keep your deposit as an administrative fee.
